Housing Stability Support
This is a referral-only program. You must be referred from the Philadelphia’s Office of Homeless Services to qualify. If you are experiencing homelessness, the first step to Shelter and Housing support is to complete an intake into the Philadelphia Shelter System.
Congreso’s Housing Stability Case Management Programs support families and individuals who are currently residents of Emergency or Transitional Housing programs. Our goal is to ensure that families in our community not only have safe, secure housing, but also gain the tools and support they need to hold onto it—building a foundation where they can thrive, grow, and feel truly at home.
Each year, Congreso helps more than 150 families access housing support and services designed to promote stability and help families move toward permanent housing.
