  Healthy for Life/Saludable de por Vida es un nuevo programa que le enseñará a usted y a su familia nuevas habilidades para comer, comprar, cocinar y vivir de forma más saludable. Cada sesión de 4 semanas le proporcionará habilidades, consejos y herramientas para que vivir sano sea fácil, divertido y delicioso.
