Tax Site Services

Congreso’s Tax Site, run by volunteers, provides free tax services for community members with an income less than $84,000 a year. NO APPOINTMENTS. Walk-ins only.

Address and schedule:

  • 2800 N. American St. Philadelphia, PA 19133 (Congreso’s Education & Training Center)
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3pm – 8pm, Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.

Here’s what you should bring:

  • Photo Identification (state ID/driver’s license or passport)
  • Social Security Card or ITIN for taxpayer(s)* and all dependents
  • Tax Documents (W-2 forms, 1099-MISC, 1099-K, 1099-R, 1099-NEC, cash income, etc.)
  • For Direct Deposit: voided Check, bank statement or letter
  • Last Year’s Tax Return (if not served here within last 2 years)

*If filling “Married Filing Jointly”, both spouses will need to present ID, SS cards or ITINs, and be present during tax preparation. Questions? Call (215)763-8870 Press 1, then 3
