Maribel & Kevin Purchase their First Home
Maribel & Kevin faced many challenges trying to purchase a home on their own, but everything changed when they discovered Congreso’s free First Time Home Buyer Workshop.
After completing weekly workshop sessions, they were partnered with a HUD Housing Counselor, and through her support, they purchased their home in 2024.
Homeownership has provided this couple with more than just a place to live. It’s become a space where they can create lasting memories with their grandchildren and continue growing with the city of Philadelphia!
