CDL-B Trucking License
This FREE 6-week training program is designed to give you the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and efficiently drive Class B vehicles and pass the PA Class B licensure test. Upon graduation YOU can begin a high paying driving career in the logistics industry and beyond!

Program Services
- School tuition and all training related expenses (such as the DOT physical, drug screening, uniforms and endorsements) are covered 100% by Congreso
- Intensive case management support is offered to all students in an effort to remediate barriers that may negatively impact graduation success and prevent family crisis situations
Eligibility Requirements
- Over 18 years of age with at least one year of clean driving experience.
- Philadelphia Resident.
- Identify as an ex-offender or single parent receiving SNAP benefits ONLY.
- Ability to train for full-time M-F for a period of 6-8 consecutive weeks.
- Able to pass an immediate drug test.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
